Shiftall Inc. is pleased to announce three new products: MeganeX VR headset, Pebble Feel metaverse-linked wearable heating and cooling device, and mutalk microphone that preserves your voice for the metaverse while suppressing sound from leaking into your surroundings.
Shiftall has been selling ‘HaritoraX’, a full-body tracking system compatible with SteamVR and LUMIX virtual data, for the Japanese market for some time. We are now excited to announce development of three new VR products for the global markets in collaboration with Panasonic in order to accelerate our metaverse business in earnest into the future. The new products will be released as Shiftall products.
Ultra-Lightweight 6DoF VR Headset with 5.2K Resolution OLED Microdisplay
The MeganeX is an ultra-lightweight, ultra-high-resolution VR headset compatible with SteamVR. What the citizens of the metaverse want in a VR headset is “lightweight”. This is because they spend more than 2,000 hours per year in the metaverse. The foldable frame with built-in speakers makes it easy to carry. The world's highest level of image representation is also attractive, with the ability to project 5.2K HDR 10-bit images at a refresh rate of 120Hz. It supports 6DoF head position detection to get the most enjoyment out of your favorite SteamVR applications.
MeganeX will be powered by Snapdragon® XR1 platform to enable an optimized, high-
quality VR experience. And we work with Kopin Corporation to develop MeganeX and use Lightning® OLED microdisplay and Pancake® lenses as optics/display components of MeganeX.

Metaverse-Linked Wearable Body Cooling and Heating System
The Pebble Feel is a personal air conditioner that heats and cools the human body with a high-performance Peltier element that fits in the palm of your hand like a pebble. It can efficiently heat and cool the human body from the nape of the neck when combined with a special shirt or supporter belt.
By using the dedicated SteamVR add-on, you can experience cold and heat in a metaverse space like VRChat. It will also provide a mechanism that anyone can easily create a metaverse world with a specified sensible temperature using existing shaders. Of course, it can be used not only for the metaverse but also to cool down on a hot day or to warm up on a cold day.

Microphone with Leaked Sound Suppression Function for the Metaverse
The mutalk is a Bluetooth microphone that suppresses leaked sound. "Leaked sound" includes both prevention of obtrusive ambient noise leaking into the metaverse as well as preventing your voice from intruding on your family or neighbors quiet time.
Voice chat is the primary method of communication in the metaverse and online games. However, when it heats up, it usually becomes loud and often causes complaints from family and neighbors. For heavy users, moving to a new house is one way to deal with this problem, but the ‘mutalk’ Bluetooth microphone with sound leakage protection is an inexpensive solution to this problem.
The mutalk can be secured or affixed to your face with a special band, so you can talk hands-free even when your hands are full, and you can voice chat loudly without disturbing your family or neighbors.
Even if you remove the strap, you can use it for conference calls in open spaces such as cafes without being overheard.
