Shiftall Inc. (“Shiftall”) has jointly developed the MeganeX series of VR headsets with Panasonic Corporation (“Panasonic”). As of the end of December 2025, Panasonic has decided to withdraw from the MeganeX series business. In conjunction with this decision, Shiftall has received a transfer of the business assets related to the MeganeX series from Panasonic. From 2026 onward, Shiftall will continue the development, sales, and customer support (for both corporate and consumer) of the MeganeX series.
For all inquiries regarding the MeganeX series (MeganeX, MeganeX superlight 8K, and MeganeX 8K Mark II), corporate and individual customers alike are requested to contact Shiftall directly.
Leveraging the business assets inherited from Panasonic, Shiftall will continue to develop and sell a wide range of VR devices, striving to further enrich our customers’ virtual lives.
