Inquiries received on or after April 28 will be addressed in order starting April 30.
Inquiries received on or after May 1 will be handled in order starting from May 7.
Please note that it may take several days to receive a response for inquiries sent during the holiday period.
Orders placed by April 27 will be shipped on April 28.
Orders placed between April 28 and April 30 will be shipped on April 30 or May 1.
Orders placed on or after May 1 will be shipped starting from May 7.
Orders can still be placed as usual during the holiday period.
