Shiftall Inc. is pleased to announce that the X1 Dongle, a USB receiver that wirelessly connects SteamVR™ Tracking-compatible controllers and trackers to a PC, is available starting today.
The X1 Dongle connects a single SteamVR™ Tracking-compatible device. Compared to the existing X2 Dongle, which supports up to two devices, the X1 reduces the tracking dropouts caused by radio interference, delivering a more stable connection.
It works with Shiftall's own GripVR and FlipVR controllers, as well as SteamVR™ Tracking-compatible devices from other manufacturers. Shiftall will continue to develop and manufacture the devices that SteamVR™ Tracking (Base Station) users need.
