FAQ

Q: Will correction only work if all sensors are visible to the camera?

A: Correction is performed individually for each sensor. For example, if an ankle sensor is visible to the camera for around 0.1 seconds, the drift of that ankle sensor will be corrected. This means that all sensors do not need to be visible to the camera at the same time.

Q: Can multiple cameras be used?

A: Currently, only one camera is supported, but we plan to release an update that adds support for multiple cameras. When this update is released, we also plan to sell the camera separately.

Q: Which HaritoraX series devices are supported?

A: HaritoraX 2, HaritoraX 2 Pro, and HaritoraX Wireless are supported. HaritoraX, HaritoraX 1.1, and HaritoraX 1.1B are not supported.

Q: "My room is quite small, but will Add-on R still work?"

A: Yes. By installing the camera in a high position, or alternatively in a low position, it can be used even in a small play space of around 1.5 m × 1.5 m (5ft x 5ft). When using it in a small play space, we recommend placing the camera vertically.

Q: Can the model for HaritoraX 2 and model for HaritoraX 2 Pro / HaritoraX Wireless be used interchangeably?

A: No. The above-knee sensors and knee sensors on HaritoraX 2 have a different shape, which requires different plate shapes. Chest and Hip sensor plates are same.

Q: Can I use the ankle detection feature of HaritoraX 2 or HaritoraX Wireless while HaritoraX 2 Add-on R is attached?

A: No. The LiDAR sensors on HaritoraX 2 and the distance sensors on HaritoraX Wireless interferes with the reflective plates. For this reason, the ankle detection feature cannot be used while HaritoraX 2 Add-on R is attached. If you want more realistic ankle movement while using Add-on R, please consider adding the foot tracking expansion set.

Q: Are replacement reflectors or individual plates available for purchase?

A: If a reflector or plate is damaged during use, please contact customer support. Individual plates and individual reflectors will be available for purchase.

Q: Is this product (Add-on R) not available for sale in Europe or Canada?

A: Currently, it is only available in the US, South Korea, and Japan. While we are planning to sell it in Europe and Canada, it is difficult to provide a specific release date at this time. Once the launch date is set, we will announce it on Shiftall's Discord( https://discord.gg/NQBdxNEgxv ), official website, and X (https://x.com/shiftall_global ), so please follow us to stay updated.
